Cancelling a distance purchase
For goods sold to consumers in Israel, you may generally cancel from the transaction date until 14 days after receiving the goods or the legally required transaction document, whichever is later, subject to statutory exceptions. These are calendar days, not the working-day preparation periods.
How to notify us
Use the cancellation link or email dermanuri.orders@gmail.com with your name and order number. Additional legally required contact channels and the return address will be published before sales open. Do not send card details. Keep a copy of your notice.
Refunds and return costs
Refunds and cancellation of future charges are handled within 14 days of receiving a valid cancellation notice, as required by law. For a change of mind, the statutory cancellation fee may be up to the lower of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, and the consumer normally returns the goods to the business.
Defective, incorrect or late goods
For a defect, mismatch, failure to deliver as agreed or another seller breach, no cancellation fee applies where required by law. We arrange collection from the place of delivery and refund the amount due. Contact us with the order details so we can resolve the issue.
Packaging and protected rights
Opening packaging or using a product does not automatically remove a statutory cancellation right. Significant deterioration and statutory exceptions are assessed under applicable law. Qualifying older consumers, new immigrants and people with disabilities may have an extended four-month period where the statutory conditions, including a qualifying conversation, apply. Mandatory rights prevail over these terms.
Consultation services
Any paid consultation is agreed separately before booking. Applicable service-cancellation rights and any proportionate charge for a service already supplied will be explained before purchase. We do not automatically deduct a consultation fee from a product refund. Overseas mandatory consumer rights remain applicable where required.
