Scope and seller
Derma Nuri offers an independent selection of GIGI cosmetic products. The legal seller, registration details, business address and telephone must be completed before sales open. This website currently allows product browsing and a cart; online payment is not active.
Prices, availability and acceptance
A cart is not an accepted order or a reservation. Product prices, applicable taxes, consultation charges, shipping and the total payable must be shown and accepted before purchase. Unconfirmed prices are marked clearly. We do not substitute products or charge extra amounts without agreement.
Product information and responsibility
Descriptions explain cosmetic use and do not promise medical treatment or guaranteed results. Check the current label, ingredients and warnings. Derma Nuri, as seller, is responsible for supplying the agreed goods and services and for handling consumer claims; manufacturer information does not remove that responsibility.
Payment and fulfilment
No card details should be entered in enquiries. Once enabled, payment will use an approved payment provider. Accepted orders follow the selected consultation and shipping path. Delivery dates and charges are confirmed before payment. Cancellation rights follow the returns policy and mandatory law.
Customer details and applicable rights
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Do not submit another person’s photos without authority. International orders depend on lawful destination access and disclosed import charges. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Shipping
Without consultation: delivery within 14 working days after order confirmation. Preparation and dispatch are included. With consultation: delivery within 21 working days in total. This includes consultation of up to 7 working days, preparation and dispatch. These are estimated total delivery times, not extra transit periods. The destination and selected delivery method affect the estimate; the applicable date is confirmed before payment. Customs checks and local holidays may cause delays, which we will communicate.
