Who handles your information
Derma Nuri uses enquiry details to respond and, once sales open, order details to fulfil purchases. Contact: dermanuri.orders@gmail.com. The legal controller’s full identity and address will be completed before commercial launch.
What the site uses
WordPress and WooCommerce use essential cart/session cookies. Your chosen accessibility preferences may be stored in your browser. Hosting may keep security and access logs. Checkout requests contact, billing and delivery details; currently payment and order submission are disabled. We do not collect card numbers in our forms.
Enquiries and optional photos
The enquiry form prepares an email locally and does not send it automatically. If you choose to send it, your email provider and Gmail process the message. Do not include medical records or sensitive images in the initial enquiry. Optional photos require a separately agreed private channel and permission for their use in product selection; there is no public photo upload here.
Access and sharing
Only authorised staff should access enquiries and orders for service and fulfilment. Necessary delivery information may be shared with a carrier for an accepted order; payment data will be processed by the chosen payment provider when enabled. Personal photos are not intended for publication or marketing.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as needed for the enquiry, fulfilment, dispute handling and legal recordkeeping. No automatic deletion schedule is currently represented. You may request access, correction or deletion by email, subject to legal obligations. Do not send identifying documents unless a secure verification process is separately agreed.
Security and service providers
Access controls and secure transport reduce risks but no system is risk-free. Email, hosting and payment providers may process data outside your country. Before introducing analytics, advertising tracking or a photo-upload service, the privacy notice and required consent controls must be updated.
